Jonathan Hoffer

Managing Member

Mr. Hoffer joined SMS Financial in 1998 and manages the day-to-day operations including acquisitions, staffing, financial oversight and planning, investor relations and corporate governance. In addition to his management duties, Mr. Hoffer oversees settlement negotiations and coordinates his own portfolio of large balance and complex assets. Mr. Hoffer holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Arizona State University.
